Introducing the latest additions to the INNOVATION family of routing switchers. The additions encompass the 8x4, 8x8 and 16x16 routing switchers, which operate within the prescribed SMPTE performance requirements. The HD-SDI/SDI switchers are fully compatible with other switchers in the INNOVATION range. Analog or digital (AES/EBU) audio levels may be added to the base switchers as needed.

In keeping with the ISIS Group design philosophy, all of the boards are front loading and hot-swappable. The frames include a slot for a redundant power supply and both power supplies are also front loading and hot-swappable.

These new switchers are based on the rugged design concepts of the existing INNOVATION routing switchers and the Ethernet control architecture supports up to 17 control panels via a single coax line. The control system includes as standard an RS232 serial control port to allow interface to external controllers specific to the needs of a particular installation.
