The range of switchers in the INNOVATION series extends from analog and digital 16x1, 16x2, 8x8, 8x16, 16x16 and 32x32, to the HD 8x4, 8x8 and 16x16 and to the RGBHV five-layer 8x8, 16x16 and 32x32.
While listing the “standard off-the-shelf” switchers, control panels and accessories, we recognize that there is often a need for a unique matrix, control panel or control interface. The INNOVATION series of routing switchers had been designed to offer flexibility through hardware modularity, a non-proprietary 10base2 (thinnet) control system architecture, and an open-protocol RS232 interface. This approach provides the user with the ability to define signal formats, multi-level matrices, unique control panel mapping and external interfaces.

These control panels may be used in either local or remote operations. In local operation, the A/2 and the B/2 panels mount on the front of the HD-15 video frames. The A/5 and the B/5 panels mount on the front of the BNC video frames. When used as a remote panel, the A, B or C panel should be ordered with the CR100 or CR200 cradle assembly. The FR100, FR200 or FR500 frame blank cover must be added to enclose the front of the frame when no control panel is included locally. It should be ordered from accessories below.
